AmesPore® B standard sintered discs in permanent stock
The material used for our standard sintered discs is 89/11 bronze. Sintered metal bronze filters are manufactured by filling a mould with spherical bronze particles and then sintering the preform. The pore size is adjusted by selecting the particle size.
The high pore size and geometric versatility of sintered metal bronze filters make them suitable for many applications, such as filtration (only small pore grades), pressure drop, mufflers, condensation traps and flow control.
NB: The tolerances vary according to the material grade and the dimensions of the disc. To assign the tolerances, contact us below.
