AmesPore® B bronze disc filters

The material used for these filters is 89/11 tin bronze. The bronze filters are manufactured by filling a mould with spherical particles of
bronze and then sintering the preform.

The pore size is adjusted by selecting the particle size.

The high pore size and geometric versatility of the bronze filters make them suitable for many applications, such as filtration (only small pore grades), pressure drop, mufflers, moisture protection and flow control. AMES has a permanent stock of standard AmesPore® bronze discs of different diameters, heights and pore sizes.
